Welcome to our Urban Oasis located in Chicago's Historic Southshore! Only a 15 min drive to Downtown & a 5 min walk to the lake! 5 min walk to the Metra "Southshore" Train Station. We are walking distance from a Golf Course. While you may encounter the rich tapestry of city life, including diverse residents, we want to assure you that the area is safe and welcoming. It's the perfect spot for those looking to immerse themselves in the true Chicago experience while enjoying the comforts of home.

Concerts in Chicago - Tyler and Nas

Property is well maintained. Plenty of beds. Needs more seating. Only one couch for a apartment that sleeps seven or more. No outdoor space. Nice place to stay.

Winter Guests

First thing we had an issue with gaining access to the building due to weather conditions and the key boxes being out in the elements. Once we gained entry, there were some issues with things in the unit but overall the unit was aesthetically pleasing to be in. Outside of the weather affecting our stay, we still enjoyed our stay and the experience. This was not our first ABB experience and it will not be our last. I would recommend this place to others. It had enough sleeping spaces for up to 9 adults comfortably. Downside, only one bathroom and not enough adequate seating for more than 6 adults.
