Irving Park/Avondale Updated Vintage Top Unit in 2-Flat

Experience a true Chicago neighborhood in a classic vintage (but updated) two-flat apartment just a 10-minute drive from Wrigley Field, 4-minute drive from I-90/94 and a 15-minute walk or short bus ride (Route #80, Irving Park & St. Louis) to the blue line (Irving Park or Addison). Central air/heat and free street parking.

This upstairs unit has two bedrooms with queen beds plus a fold-open sofa sleeper in the living room. One full bathroom and a full kitchen. Owner lives in downstairs unit with shared main entry and backyard but private apartment upstairs.

I'm a former Super Host and capital P Perfectionist, but decided to list the space before it's perfect to help cover the cost of future renovations. As long as you don't mind not having a brand-new bath/kitchen and fresh paint, you'll love it!

Amazing!

I stayed here with my adult sons and it was fantastic. Very clean, within walking distance to good restaurants and coffee as well as train and bus lines. We loved it!

City Holiday Base

Die Wohnung von Heather hält alle Versprechungen die auf VRBO gegeben werden. Es ist alles vorhanden was der Urlauber benötigt und noch mehr. So standen z.B. auch Willkommensgetränke im Kühlschrank. In jedem Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend Kissen und Decken vorhanden. Selbst Shampoo, Duschgel, Rasierseife und Conditioner sind im Badezimmer vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepfelgt und sauber :-D Es gibt zwei Hunde welche bei einem Kennenlernen sehr kuschelig sind. Sie begrüßen einen bei jedem zu Haus ankommen. Einkaufen kann man in ca. 5 min Entfernung zu Fuß. Der ÖPNV (öffentliche Personen Nahverkeher) CTA ist mit diversen Zustiegsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe erreichbar. Wir würden wieder beio Heather buchen :-D
