They had a nice restaurant with great menu options. No free breakfast. The service was great at the restaurant. The food except hash browns were good. My eggs were poached medium and they nailed it.

Palmer House a Hilton Hotel
Terrific, attentive staff, and clean room -- but a worn out room (peeling wallpaper, paint wearing off of door, scratched walls). This seemed at odds with the elegance of the rest of the place.
