Excellent all around. Loved the heating system and breakfast. Very cimfy spacious room.

Made welcome from the moment we arrived, hot towels and a welcome fruit juice drink. Service outstanding, inclusive breakfast was excellent. We had dinner in the restauarant on our last evening, it was superb but felt it was a little pricey for Ecuador but not outrageously so. Turn down service in the evening included a hot water bottle each in our bed, never come across that before, it was a nice touch. Would I go back to the Mansion again? Yes definitely.

Lovely old colonial hotel, traditionally furnished. Amazing shower, great breakfast and lovely , helpful staff. 7 mins walk from centre.

The hotel has a colonial style villa with several rooms and the room I stayed in was comfortable and clean. There was anti bacterial liquid hand soap provided and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was satisfactory and perfect to start the day. Only issue was the wifi which was very slow but overall, it didn’t impact my stay too negatively.
