Great location and atmosphere. Didn’t like that the elevator has to stop on the second floor every time. Breakfast not worth the price. But staff was so nice and friendly. Drinks here are SOOOO GOOD! Overall amazing stay would definitely book again.

We love staying at the New Otani Hotel. It is elegant and relaxing. The large Sogetsu ikebana arrangement is a great way to welcome guests and there are beautiful floral arrangements throughout the hotel. The Hinoki bath in our room was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed our view of the traditional garden while having breakfast. The view from the Garden Tower restaurant on the 40th floor was spectacular. The staff was highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We intend to stay there again during future visits to Tokyo.

The staff were super helpful. Eager to help and make things go smooth as possibly. They also had origami that guests can take as a souvenir that is made from the hotel staff. Nice personal touch. The room itself was better than expected. Probably the best sleep I had all in Japan - the blackout curtains really did it for me. Was not expecting there to be a Bluetooth speaker right in the shower so that was a nice feature we utilized. The breakfast was good! There’s a few breakfast entrees you can pick and they’ll make it fresh for you. Great location and lots of restaurants close to the hotel. The bar and outdoor patio was a nice way to relax and end the night. Would definitely come back here!

シャワーから水が出なかったので、スタッフに問い合わせたところ、ひたすら謝られただけで解決してくれなかった。故障だと思い使うのを諦めたが、実はシャワーの横あるボタンを押せばよかっただけ😓　バスルームに使い方の説明をつけておいて欲しかった。 それ以外は、駅からも近く部屋も綺麗で広くまた泊まりたいと思った。
