The exterior of the property allows you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, where you will find a private chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 11 x 5m and a depth range between 1.6 and 2.5m. There is also a porch with a wood barbecue, a gas fire, and a big table where you can enjoy some fun moments while you relax eating or having a drink or just chatting with your companions. The property is fenced and has partial privacy.

Distributed over two floors, the interior of the property is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor, there is a living-dining room equipped with Smart TV, fireplace and an independent kitchen with ceramic hob and all the utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedrooms are distributed on both floors. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with a double bed and wardrobe and on the upper floor the other two bedrooms, also with double bed and one of them with en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two bathrooms are on the ground floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Chiclana de la Frontera is well known for its beaches, historical monuments, and rich gastronomy. Among its main points of interest are the Clock Tower, the hermitage of Santa Ana or the Castle of Sancti Petri, as well as its numerous wine cellars where you can taste the wine of the region. This town also has several natural parks and nature reserves nearby, such as the Bay of Cadiz Nature Reserve and the Laguna de la Janda Nature Reserve. Don't hesitate to try its wonderful gastronomy, with dishes such as pescaíto frito (small fried fish), choco (tuna), or red tuna.
