23 m² studio on a private 315 m² garden plot with a portable pool, 396 cm in diameter and 84 cm high*. In a very quiet area of Las Mogarizas, Sancti Petri, Chiclana, known for its beaches, salt pans, golf courses, wineries and concerts.



The open-plan studio has a sofa, a lift-top coffee table for dining, two double beds (a raised 140x190 cm bed with a safety rail and access ladder, and a lower 150x190 cm bed), an open kitchen with appliances, a wardrobe, TV, Wi-Fi and a desk. Bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and window mosquito screens. Outside are two pergolas with a table and chairs, sun loungers and a gas barbecue. Private parking on the grounds. Kitchenware, cleaning, bed linen, shower towels and toiletries are included.



*The pool is available from the second half of June to the second half of September.



You will be welcomed in person between 16:00 and 22:00. Please let us know your arrival time.
