Holiday Home 'Villa La Mayorazga Cozy Cottage' with Private Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

  • Cozy country house in Chiclana de la Frontera, in the Pago del Humo area. Surrounded by pine forests and in an idyllic setting. Well connected, 10 minutes by car from La Barrosa beach, and located in a prime location for sightseeing in the area and exploring the surroundings: Conil, Vejer, Los Caños de Meca, Tarifa... It offers endless possibilities and a pleasant stay in a quiet setting.



    Beautiful house with four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the other two have trundle beds. There is one bathroom, and the home features a fully-equipped kitchen with both an Italian and an industrial coffee machine. The house includes high-speed WiFi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, television with video on demand, a washing machine, and heating via gas stove. Fans are also available for warmer days.



    Outside, 1,000 square meters of land surround the house; at the back, there is a wooden pergola overlooking a 7 x 3.5 meter private swimming pool with an outdoor shower. Surrounded by pine trees, you can enjoy a covered terrace, an uncovered terrace, and a barbecue grill perfect for evening meals under the stars. On-site parking is available for two vehicles. Self check-in is provided for your convenience. One pet is welcome.
