I made a reservation at this property and then try to cancel it 10 hours later a week before I travel. They would not refund my money. I would never stay in one of the hotels again. I spent two hours on the phone trying to get a refund and even called their headquarters, a total of six calls.
I was melting in Sevilla and decided to take a one day break to cool down and I am thrilled that I did. The hotel rooms and grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the photos posted here do not do it justice, where every detail is thought about.The hotel obviously takes pride in it's beauty! The room is comfy and the bathroom was nicely updated. Almost a shame to spend so little time in it. The breakfast buffet was a huge hit, with so much choice and a lot of items cooked to order. It made me wish I had added dinner! Another nice touch is their focus on helping the environment, where there is information in the room on what they have replaced/removed (especially single use plastics) to be more environmentally friendly. Only negative - wish we stayed longer and I had to extracted from the loungers by friends.
