Villa La Pinaleta IV in Chiclana
The house has capacity for 6 people, one bedroom with a bed of 1.35, another with two single beds of 0.90 and a double sofa bed that is in the living room. There is a complete bathroom with shower, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with washing machine, microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge, kitchenware...etc.
The outside area invites to enjoy, with swimming pool, sun loungers, picnic area and awning, picnic table, barbecue .... The 7x3 pool also has a very low area where you can put sun loungers or where children can play safely.
The plot is 4,000 meters and there is parking space for two cars. Mosquito nets and air conditioning have been added.
Located in a quiet area, a few meters from the beach of La Barrosa, near the village of Sancti Petri and a few minutes from the center of Chiclana, where you will find many bars, restaurants, stores, banks, supermarkets ... etc.
The area invites you to enjoy a wonderful day at the beach, beach bars, surfing, kite surfing .... etc.
Close to other beautiful and well known beaches such as La Playa de Sancti Petri, Playa de Camposoto, Playa del Puerco, Playa de la Fontanilla ....etc where you can enjoy the sun or water sports, also close to golf courses, karting circuit, or marina.
