- Centrally located super clean family friendly home perfect for walks & bike rides to coffee at Bidwell Perk (.3 mile), Bidwell Park (.5 mile), downtown (1.5 miles), & Chico State (2 miles). Relax by the front courtyard firepit, in the hot tub or host a BBQ and bocce game poolside. The open layout has great spaces filled with artwork perfect for entertaining multiple generations. The full kitchen (w/gas stove) has all the serving dishes and cooking accessories you might need. Parking is plentiful.
