Starting with the central heating and air conditioning, the 700 ft.², washer and dryer, central location next to Bidwell Park, tasteful decor, private back yard, 65” tv, you will feel comfortable in you detached private cottage.

The space
Perfect amenities, perfect location. Bike to downtown through Bidwell park in 7 minutes, jump on the freeway in 3 minutes , go jump in the creek minutes away or sit in your private yard and gaze at the huge trees surrounding you. You have a spot out front that has two spaces. It is under a street light, and the 2 spots are built in vs just street parking.
You will go down the driveway and stay to the right. You will see a fence separating the carport and your entrance. I provide a cart so you can easily toss your items in and transport to your unit. Keypad is on the front door easy access
