Large kitchen with luxurious amenities and a cosy dining area. The sunny terrace (30 square metres) features comfortable patio furniture, perfect for reading, relaxing, and dining al fresco. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet, plus a separate toilet. Laundry room with a washing machine. The apartment also includes a garage and a carport with an electric vehicle charging station.
