Directly in the village and less than 5 minutes away from the Bavarian Sea - the Chiemsee - is the beautiful holiday apartment "Luiserl" with mountain views from all rooms.
The newly furnished temporary home, which can also be reached via an external staircase to the balcony, offers an impressive mountain view. The large, covered balcony with east-south-west orientation can be used wonderfully at any time of the day. A separate outdoor seating area in the front garden with its own charcoal grill is also at your disposal.
The new modern, fully equipped kitchen offers the hobby chef the freedom to prepare his favourite dishes. The equipment includes a dishwasher, stove/oven, a large Bosch fridge-freezer and a light-flooded dining area. A Senseo coffee machine and a Tchibo capsule machine complete the equipment. You will find a base of spices, vinegar and oil for the start as well as cleaning agents, cordless vacuum cleaner, washing rack, iron and ironing board.
The spacious shower room with underfloor heating, which is also newly built, lets the morning sun in through the window. The large walk-in shower of 120 x 80 cm with rain shower, hand shower and many storage options leaves nothing to be desired. Hair dryer, make-up mirror, towel radiator and sufficient storage space for your utensils are part of the shower room.
The living/sleeping area has a sitting area that can also be used as an additional sleeping space. Wardrobe, wardrobe with large mirror, ceiling fan, selection of literature in the bookcase and an 80 cm diagonal flat screen TV complete the equipment. Cosy blankets for the evening are also available. This room also has the cosy double bed.
The "small mountain room" with window not only offers a small desk for your laptop (which you will hopefully only use occasionally during your holiday), but also the possibility of a separate sleeping place for another person.
All rooms have external sun protection. In the south area, there are also air-permeable aluminium sliding shutters and lockable doors.
Other amenities include a key safe, free parking, a barbecue area with seating, open, bicycle parking in the sun, bicycle shed with electricity in case of rain, parasol. On the balcony, lounge chairs with a table and also a few candles are available to end the day. Free Wi-Fi is of course available. An information folder with insider tips is available for you.
The minimum stay in high season is at least 5 days and includes towels and bed linen. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. I look forward to seeing you!
The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users and is not recommended for people with walking difficulties.

The village offers all shopping facilities for daily needs to be easily reached on foot (including Lidl and Edeka). There are also pharmacies, doctors, dentists, banks and savings banks, ice cream parlours, restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, hairdressers, bicycle rentals, bakeries and an organic food store. Down by the lake, miles of lakeside paths invite you to swim and walk and many restaurants and cafés to linger.
The mountains with their alpine pastures and mountain inns are in the immediate vicinity. Leisurely hikes and bike tours in the most beautiful nature to sporty mountain experiences such as mountain biking, climbing, skiing or mountaineering - here you are spoilt for choice.
The district town of Traunstein, Ruhpolding, Inzell, Reit im Winkl, Bad Reichenhall, Freilassing and Salzburg are always worth a visit.
Since May 2024, I have retired from professional life and immersed myself full of enthusiasm in retirement. Doing all the things that fell by the wayside in my professional life.
