For many years, holidaymakers have been spending the best time of the year with us in Schützing. A holiday at the Kirchmaier Farm means relaxation surrounded by the nature of idyllic Chiemgau, with a direct view of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. At the same time, our farm is a family-run agricultural business that offers plenty of adventures on the farm and with our various animals—especially for our younger guests. Whatever we take on, we do with passion: That’s why we’re currently expanding our holiday farm and setting up new luxury holiday apartments and double rooms, a wellness area with three saunas and a relaxation room, and a cosy farm café for our guests. We’d love to share the unique location of our farm—right on the shores of Lake Chiemsee—with our guests. The new, open-concept 5-star luxury holiday apartment “Badesteg” on the top floor will envelop you in its inviting atmosphere. In your lovingly and thoughtfully designed holiday home, you’ll spend unforgettable days and recharge your batteries. The subtle lighting, rustic real-wood furnishings, and perfectly coordinated colours create a truly relaxing experience. The modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower also contributes to this feeling. On the large west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the Chiemgau mountains and make plans for the next day of your holiday.
