"The luggage lockers before and after check in was very convenient, as well the changing room they were in."

"The apartment is very cute all wood very alpine vibe. it comes with two bedroom and two bathroom so everyone gets some privacy. the living room comes with sofa bed, easily to convert to a 3 bedroom to sleep up to 6 people. the window all has blackout blinds in all rooms. The kitchen equipped with everything you need and dishwasher. coffee machine comes with some coffee pods. there's a communal laundry machine with Landry pods free of charge, there's only one in the whole hotel so needs to wait for your turn. the apartment has a laundry rack so you can hang it on the balcony to dry. there's a hiking trail literally right behind the building. easy parking space with one EV charging station. there's a sauna on the rooftop but problem is that there's no towel, no water, no slipper to use. The staffs are very friendly at check in. we stayed for four days and got one house keeping service with all new fresh towels."

"The hotel is located across the river of the old town but it's actually in the oldest part of the city. the hotel itself is historical building. walking distance to all the attractions. hotel has some free onsite parking also some paid garage parking if there's nothing available outside. There's not much amenities provided. there's only small bottle of body wash, no shampoo or other amenities in the bathroom. no free bottle water either, you just have to drink from the tap or paid for the bottle water in the fridge. room is outdated but good enough for short stay. The staffs didn't seem really welcoming, has very limited interaction with guests. The breakfast buffet is enjoyable, with fresh juicer you can make your own juice but it gets busy."

"Wonderful stay, excellent accommodation, apartment and location. The pool was lovely but would like increased access. The bar was excellent. The only thing I would improve would be that I think the reception staff could be much friendlier and more helpful, but they were still good. Would love to come back!"

"Staffs are super friendly and helpful, from the front receptionist, waiters, waitress, and chef. Breakfast has so many selections and the chef offered to make eggs anyway we’d like since we are lactose-intolerance and gluten sensitive. The room is spacious, clean, and super comfortable without A/C where other Dolomites hotels are so hot. We wish we had stayed longer here!"
