The cleanliness was overall ok except I found a ball of hair in my bed. So, not sure if the beds are cleaned after each stay. What bugged me the most about this place that no one mentioned to me that breakfast is NOT included in all rooms. They let you eat first and then they tell you that you have to pay for it. WHAT KIND OF HOTEL DOESN'T HAVE BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN EVERY ROOM? Make sure to mentioned breakfast when checking in or they will come after you when you finish eating.

Nos quedamos por dos noches, nos recomendaron este lugar por ser uno de los mejores de Chihuahua pero nada que ver! A la hora de check-in la persona que nos atendió fue un poco grosera, no estaba de muy buen humor, la habitación no estaba tan mal pero la temperatura estaba fija no se podía regular a cómo uno la quisiera. El baño tenía varios daños de mantenimiento en las paredes, no tenía extractor de aire y el agua salía sin presión y cuando salía a presión salía muy caliente y eso era constante!! El desayuno muy rico y con variedad nos tocó bufet, lo malo que no estaba caliente!! El personal de limpieza y desayuno muy amables

El personal muy ineficiente, te trataban de mala manera. En ciertas ocasiones incluyendo el check-in el personal estuvo en su celular todo el tiempo. Y se molestó al momento de solicitar el servicio

Still has the Camino real design and equipment, although the bathroom extractor fan wasn't working on room 322...so it was a good stay with a pretty good breakfasts...

The temp in the room when we arrived was 99 degrees! The walls were hot, the bed was hot, the A/C was completely off! By the time we left the next morning it was 80 degrees
