"The main problem was at check in. They have a system that scans one's body passport, which is probably a good thing… when it works. At previous APA hotels I’ve stayed at this system has never worked. When this happens, the attendant simply does what needs to be done at their terminal and all is okay. A slight delay but no big deal. Not this time. Again, as expected, the system didn’t work. The young man kept trying it, over and over. He phoned people and tried again. And again. I tried to just remain calm. But after ten minutes I was frustrated and impatient. FINALLY, he gave me a form to fill in, which I did, and he gave me my room key. Such a pain for what should be a simple problem. He needs some training."

"Take a bus from the airport to Hakata station. Hotel is right there. One of the best hotel I ever stayed. Modern. Clean. Free lounge with wine, sake and snacks.Quiet room. Easy access around and all trains and the subway right under. Has money exchange kiosk in the lobby. Defenetly recommned. Price may vary alot. Check you dates."

"Our stay was very nice and pleasant. The best breakfast buffet we ever experienced. There were many varieties of food to choose from. The staff, they were all courteous and polite. The room was small, but it was quiet and clean. Onsen was never crowded. We enjoyed it with perfect temperature. Highly recommend this hotel, but especially for breakfast buffet!"
