"Comfortable beddings on tatami mattress floor. Excellent shuttle service. Spa/baths were very relaxing (not busy at all). Reasonable prices including meals."

Comfortable great location cute town

"This hotel was a great little find. Very affordable and comfortable. A business hotel so they had laundry service in Japanese public bath on site. Matsumoto is a cute little town and very walkable from the hotel. Also, the hotel is literally two blocks from Matsumoto castle, a great location."
