"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"Best hotel in Kurume!! Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms! I stayed for one night and really enjoyed my experience. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the front desk team was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful spot inside and out. Super easy to check in and out. Very clean and pretty close to the main hub by car but a bit scary to drive down at night so bring enough food. I can only imagine when the trees outside blossom and how beautiful that would look. I guess I need to come back 😉 "
