"This is our second time staying at this cabin. We had a great time relaxing, fishing and paddling on the canoe with our dog. The lake/mountain views are phenomenal. We forgot to bring swim towels but there were some available for use. The cabin was clean, had a good number of fans for the hotter days and it was stocked with the necessities. The property manager, Sam, is quick to respond when contacted. "

"This is exactly what my family was looking for! We drove out for the wilds center and afterwards we came to stay for the night. Rob was at the property when I showed up working on cleaning out the dock area. He let me know that we could fish off the dock (see the photos of some of our catches in the 10mins we fished before leaving In the morning!). You could tell he was genuinely excited that we were staying at the home and that he cares! Beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for our little family of 4. The property is a little bit more grown in than the photos show and the lawn was currently being worked on behind the house. Some people may have complained about the yard being dirt and grass seed trying to grow, but anyone who has ever worked on a lawn knows this is normal and will look perfect in 1 months time. I also visited the local brewery 1 minute down the road, AMAZING! I would Definitely stay here again and I am glad I found this little gem."

"The cottage was a perfect place to unwind. It’s a perfect private get away with all the comforts of home. The water is deep and the deck is a great spot to sit and think, fish or enjoy a summer swim. Our family loved it here!"

"My family has been doing annual lake family vacations traditionally for many years. We had a wonderful stay at this cabin with many activities to keep our group amply entertained. The cabin was beautifully appointed and mostly well equipped. I do think at this price point it would have been nice to have linens, towels and life preservers for the boat included, but overall, we had a memorable time together and made some wonderful memories as a family. Having ample firewood was definitely a bonus for our evening campfires which, even in the summer heat, we gathered around each night. The family enjoyed the scavenger hunts that the owners left for their guests and it added a nice touch to our stay. We were a group that ranged in age from 11 to 78 years old. Everyone took something positive away from our stay here and we left feeling very grateful for having had the experience together. Thank you for sharing your lovely homestead. "

"Great location for paddling"

"Great stay for our family vacation. Very quiet and perfect for relaxing in nature. I especially liked the dock and access to kayaks. Check-in was a breeze and the house was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities. Nice living area with air conditioning in all three bedrooms. We had dinner and played games (which were provided) at night in the screened in part of the porch which was an added bonus. Our host was amazing and responsive to every question and need. I would highly recommend!"
