Our stay in Jackson was pleasant and sufficient for our needs. We received adjoining rooms upon request and had a filling breakfast the next morning. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. We would stay here again.

I feel like breakfast ends too early (at 9). But the sweet lady let us rummage the counter anyway when we came down at 9:09. The pool was a nice temperature, cool to warm. Not cold. Good location to access other points of interest in Jackson. Beds are comfortable but high off the ground. My kids had a hard time getting on and off.

This is an older property, the overall cleanliness was acceptable but could have been better. Did not get an opportunity to use the indoor pool but it did look well maintained and clean. The contact I had with the front desk was great, the staff was very friendly & helpful. Stayed in a King Studio/king, it had a balcony over looking the pool, which was a neat idea but if you like your quietness this isn’t going to be the room for you, lots of noise from people/kids enjoying the pool till 10 pm. Was gone from 9am to 3 pm and only thing done by housekeeping was clean towels and soap/shampoo placed in room. Bed left unmade and trash left in room. I was staying 2 nights, so it would have been nice to have had the room cleaned and straightened up. Didn’t try the breakfast bar, but it appeared to be all out of box/carton foods warmed up. Overall for the money the accommodation were good. If you’re looking for luxury and new, look elsewhere.

Was not the cleanest place I have ever stayed. One outside door was broken and leaning on wall inside stairwell, so stairwell to inside rooms was completely accessible to anyone. We were originally given a room on the second floor and neither of the keys worked to open the door. My husband had to go down twice to try and have the keys fixed while our children and I camped out in the hallway with all of our baggage. After the second attempt to repair and keys still did not open door, we were moved to a different room on the first floor. Not a huge deal, but it was after midnight and we were very tired after driving 15 plus hours on our way back from Florida. Staff was very apologetic and kind.

The room was fine. Points off for zero effort to clear snow after nearly a foot fell. Its January in ohio and they do not even have a shovel. Manag we r comes and goes and doesnt think to stop at walmart and buy a shovel or a snow blower. Ive been stuck two days afyer roads are okay because i cant get out of the untreated parking lot. It would take a little effort but damn. People have had to get towed out of the lot. Really tone deaf management.
