The ENTIRE Staff was helpful and VERY Attentive. The GM Chip Dillon was very outgoing and gave us many "tips" for our evening at Sugar Loaf Amphitheater. I am a 100% Disabled Viet Nam Veteran and his information saved me a lot of steps that made the Evening more Enjoyable!

The hotel needs updating especially the bathroom. Our thermostat was not working in our room so we had to control the temperature from the unit itself. Did not feel real cold air coming out at all and left our room pretty damp. Location could be better but it was a nice stay and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful
