"The breakfast was terrible. Cold eggs and grayish sausages. Both pancake machines were out of order. The toaster barely warmed up my English muffin. We requested a new box of tissues for our room as the one we had was almost empty. We were told someone would be up right away. It took several hours. Same with clean towels. We requested some for our second night, but never received them "

"We did not have any hot water for our entire trip elevators kept breaking stranding us on the elevator. Then when checking out elevators were down completely and had to walk down nine flights of stairs with our luggage. "

I believe her name is kelsey. Not sure of correct spelling. She was very courteous and welcoming to me and my wife. Every time we returned to the motel she said welcome back. "
