"Was told I received a complimentary upgrade at check-in when I originally booked a room with a King and our so called “complimentary upgrade” was a room with two queens. I would’ve complained had we not stayed in places with separate beds before. There was a wedding party there and when they returned after the wedding in the evening, they were quite drunk and disorderly yelling through the halls. The walls were very thin. Could hear our neighbors consistently. Was disappointed that the floors were sticky and the shampoo, body wash holders were empty. Cleaning was very lackluster. Nice hotel overall though."

"Initial communication after booking was a little slow but everyone was responsive leading up to check-in and during the stay. They went above and beyond to help remove a large deer that had been hit right next to the property and would have prevented us from enjoying the beautiful deck and outdoor spaces due to the considerable smell but it was gone within an hour of reporting it! The property was clean and close enough to all the main areas on the island but also far enough away from main traffic! Kitchen was very well stocked though we ate out for most meals . We are frequent VRBO renters and would not hesitate to rent from Seaside Vacation Rentals in the future!"

"This property was just as described. It was perfect for us. The bungalow was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The kitchen had enough utensils for us to make some meals and enjoy them on the porch watching the birds and dolphins! Our sweet puppy enjoyed his time there as well. The location was amazing. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and is so peaceful. You can hear your neighbors on their porch, but it wasn’t annoying. The pool was great. We didn’t realize until our last day there is a grill on site by the pool. Check in was easy and if we needed anything, they were just a text or call away. We are looking forward to booking again."

"The house was very clean and the check-in process was smooth. Bedding and towels were easily accessible. There was also free WiFi. I didn’t notice there was no oven when I had booked it, so that’s just something to keep in mind when bringing food (there was a stove top, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker). Thanks for a wonderful stay!"
