Beautiful 3 bedroom home located in the quaint and quiet Oyster Bay II neighborhood. Located off of North Main Street, this location is perfect if you want the convenience of being downtown quickly. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a double basin farmhouse sink make the kitchen a pleasure to cook in, Dual Coffee Pot for single cup pods or multi cup grounds.. Open concept living area allows for family and friends to cook, eat, and relax all while staying together. House offers a 1st Floor bedroom and washer and dryer. 2nd floor has a loft area and 2 private bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Screen porch in back for enjoying the outside nature. Linens are provided with this house. New HVAC for 2023. This house is protected by an outside surveillance system. fee's). Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.
