  • This charming home features exceptional decor and a peaceful natural setting. Guests have access to a shared crabbing pier on the inland creek.

    The first level includes an eat-in kitchen, living room, laundry area, and a convenient half bath. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor.

    The main bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining full bathroom, with wetland views and sunsets from the private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own private bathroom.

Annual Chincoteague Trip

By far the nicest place we've rented, and we've been coming to Chincoteague for at least 30 years! The townhouse sits on a marsh, and both the upper and lower decks have awesome views. The inside is nicely decorated with a simple beach theme. The furniture seems new and everything is spotless. We appreciated the outside shower, refreshingly cold on these blazing hot days, and essential to remove all the sand from our days at the beach. Our thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely home!
