"Safe location, easy free parking. Motel in excellent area near bridge to Assateague National Park. Clean room that felt as comfortable as being at home. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delivered to us in the AM time window of our choice, tea/coffee bar always open. Family operated with a wonderful history of serving visitors properly. Excellent experience!"

"Great little house with several nice porches facing different directions. We had a slight snag when checking in because the door code hadn't been updated, but the property manager was extremely easy to get hold of and we had the problem solved in just a few minutes. Nice quiet neighborhood with Assateague Island very close by. "

"Pros are loved the location and the sun room on back for rainy days. Cons the place needed a thorough deep clean so many spiders and cob webs very dusty, windows are dirty hand prints everywhere. The place could use some love pressure wash building, the rails on both back and front are rotten and should not be leaned on.There are leaking windows which have rotted wall behind couch in living room. Back of house has hole in exterior showing insulation. Spare bathroom tub has black mold and super slippery. The grass hadn't been cut in weeks they finally came mid week and did it. The place could use some more blinds like master bathroom step out shower and facing ur neighbors window along with living room so bright in am hard to watch only tv in the home."

"We had a nice stay. Our biggest complaint is that there aren’t curtains or blinds in any of the rooms and the neighbor’s LED lights were bright and disruptive. It would also be nice to have a garden hose in the front to clean your feet before going in the house. There is a hose in the back, but not a paved walkway. Please note, too, that the second bathroom is located downstairs, which is fine, but there’s no direct access upstairs, so by the time you walk around your feet are dirty again. Otherwise, we’d have given five stars. "
