Clean hotel with gracious staff

Mr. Moundros and his team was very helpful, gracious and sweet. The hotel is awesome, clean, and has good port view from available rooms. Everything was just fine. Ladies on reception could not have been more helpful. Great view over the harbour Only caution, if you are in the plus three score years and ten category, the stairs up to the rooms are a bit steep.

***STAYED ROOM EXECUTIV TRIPLE ROOM (3 PEOPLE / NOVEMBER 2024) Centrally located in the port. You can walk everywhere. There is free public parking on the side of the back streets Good cleaning - The double bed is on the upper floor and the stairs are very narrow; very steep; the steps are very narrow; The side stair railing is shaking. Since the bed is completely white on both sides, the head hits the low wall protrusions that cannot be noticed when getting out of bed - The sofa bed on the lower floor for the third person is very short and has uncomfortable upholstery. - It gets a lot of noise because it is right on the road - You can only go up to the floor of the rooms from the entrance by stairs; there is no elevator.

The room that was offered to us was not one of our choices. In our opinion it is not functionals. It is very uncomfortable because there is no adequate wardrobe to store clothes for three people. Furthermore, there is no support for suitcases which we have to leave on the floor. The bathroom is very small and there are no power outlets. The toilet paper holder is placed away from the toilet. Being a room with a mezzanine, it is inconvenient for moving suitcases. Imagine for a moment that you forget your wallet next to the bed, you have to go up the stairs in the same room you are staying in. The space on the mezzanine is very hot so although in spring period and you necessarily have to turn on the air conditioning because in case open window is not convenient because it overlooks a restaurant and a lot traffic road. The hotel has no lift so you will have to carry heavy suitcases on foot. I cannot recommend this hotel for a family.

Okay, Chios is not like Mykonos or Santorini. Fancy clubs and restaurants you'll not find, but Chios has his own casual charm. So, for what I was looking for, Chios is and was great and that counts also for this hotel.

I stayed at Costa Point Kiosk Hotel on August 30. Although I had booked a kiosk room, the room I was given was much smaller. It was in the attic with only one tiny window that couldn’t be opened, and the view was directly facing an air conditioner, which made the room very uncomfortable. In addition, upon check-in I was asked to pay an extra €2 per day, which they said was a tax. This charge was not clearly stated before and felt misleading, damaging my trust in the hotel. Because of the poor room conditions and the unexpected extra charges, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are certainly more comfortable and trustworthy options available.

Nice. Could be better planned.

Nice hotel with great view. Space could be better planned out. The bathrooms are very narrow and a third of the space is taken by the door. A barn door would allow for more efficient use of space. No elevator, so beware of too much luggage.

After checking in to the hotel and settling in our room, the receptionist said that she had met with the manager and that she had to take us to another room the next day. As an explanation, she said that these rooms are usually given to groups of 3 people, that it is company policy, and that the new room they will give is exactly the same. In the middle of our holiday, we once again collected our luggage for an hour and the next morning we went to the room on the top floor. The room has nothing to do with the room I booked, or the images on the site are wrong, I am attaching the photos of the room here. It was a ridiculous room without ventilation, looking at the motors and pipes of the air conditioners, which looks like a storage room. We could not open the window and we were sick because the air conditioner was opposite the bed. In addition, due to the wind, there was an incredible noise coming from the window of the room, we definitely could not sleep. When we told the reception, she said that there is a room in the basement, but it is the same! General cleaning was bad, there is no plus except the location of the hotel. Stay away from here if you don't want your holiday to be ruined.

Odalar temiz ve sade yerleştirilmiş. Bebeğimiz için bebek yatağı da hazırlamışlardı. Tek handikap bebek yatağı sadece zemininde battaniye olan bir oyun alanı gibi bir şey çok rahat gözükmediği için bebek aramızda yattı o çok rahattı fakat biz uyuyamadık
