"Room was clean, no interaction with staff as self checked in and out, shower was odd design/ water went out all over bathroom floor but not end of the world. Walls are super thin could hear water running and people moving about at 2am"

"The rooms definitely need an update. Parts on the wall/door trim in the bathroom was missing. The walls in the bathroom next to the toilet needed cleaning as you could see splash marks up the wall. A staff member seemed very abrupt & annoyed when they were interrupted while he was talking to people they knew. We’ve stayed at the Novotel next door for around the same price as ibis & would much prefer there due to the rooms & service."

"My elderly mother and myself stayed 2 nights and the room was tiny, there wasn't a lounge chair for my mother to sit on,also my mother was in a wheelchair, and elderly only a dining chair!! Also when returning to room each night after seeing vivid show, there was terrible reception on the television, and mother couldn't watch anything, it was that bad! I paid a lot for the stay and was very disappointed, also for that price they didn't even include breakfast! We were very disappointed, considering what I paid!!"
