Lovely host and easy access communication by WhatsApp. Let us check in early. Very beautiful rooms and massive bathroom. Easy walkable to centre less 7 mins.

Not Again!

The location of Hotel Apart Prestige is in a good part of the city, with convenient access to the city center and nearby restaurants. The only staff member I interacted with—Anna, during check-in—was friendly. However, the building is old, and the refrigerator door was defective, needing to be kept shut with a chair. My room faced the street and lacked proper sound insulation; even the windows did not close properly, resulting in excessive noise. I was unable to sleep until 1:00–2:00 AM due to traffic and people talking late into the night. Additionally, there was no room service during my two-day stay. Personally, I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to others.

This is not a hotel. It's renovated rooms with a staff member running around to assist you. The staircase to the rooms will shock you if you not prepared for it. The interior of the room i had shocked me with its updated features and indeed look like the pictures. This was my first night in moldova and i had hoped everything was as good as advertised. Well, when my translator left me and helper too, i went to get some food, it was late, i was tired, great location noise was not an issue at all, ac was cold as it was 35 c at 11 pm. MY ISSUE WAS WHEN I PULLED BACK THE BED SHEET. I SAW SOME THING DARK UNDER THE BED SHEET. I PULLED IT BACK EXPOSING THE MATTRESS...HUGE DARK URINE STAIN THE SIZE OF A PIZZA, FURTHER INSPECTION REVEALED BLOOD LIKE AND OTHER STAINS ON EDGES OF MATTRESS. I WAS SO DISGUSTED I SLEPT ON THE MARBLE FLOOR WITH A WINTER BLANKET THAT ALSI INCLUDE SOME INSIGHTLY STAINS...THE NEXT MORNING MY TRANSLATOR SHOWED UP, WE TOLD THE YOU G WOMAN OF THE ISSUE AND INCLUDED THAT THE HALL WAY LIGHT DOES NOT SHUT OFF AT ALL. MY GOD YOU WOULD THONK I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK? NOPE....EXPEDIA. NO HELP. THAT NUMBER INCLUDED FOR CUSTMER SERVICE..NOPE.. ALL WEEK I BEEN WAITONG FOR THIS GUY TO RETURN MY MONEY...HE SAYS HE ONLY GIVE HALF. I GOT NOTHING AFTER 6 DAYS...I HOPE I CAN POST PICS NOW...BECAUSE THOS IS ONE FOR THE RECORD BOOKS....CHECK YOUR MATTRESSES FOLKS!

Great room, tricky check-in

Room was fantastic! Unfortunately I had a lot of problems checking in. There’s no reception, the doorbell is broken, and there is a phone number you can call but the employees only speak Russian. Tip: just send a WhatsApp message to that number so you can use google translate. Also be aware that there may be a lot of stairs to your room!

The apartments are in the center, very easy to navigate from it. I arrived late in the evening and anyway was received and got keys without waiting. Thanks for that. The apartment is small and has everything you need. I would definitely recommend it!

I wanted a 1 night stay with my family trip to Chisinau. Parking was my first priority. I filtered for parking and found this Prestige Apart hotel. When I arrived I was told that there is no parking and you have to find one around streets. I was definitely not very happy. I was also not helped to find one around. I was told go around the streets and find the parking in my own. So I had no other choice but to find one on my own. There was no reception and happen to find this girl who showed us the apartment no 30. Now the worse was yet to come. Inside the apartment, the fridge and freezer doors do not close so I had to put a chair in front to close but still it was not closed properly. The kitchen garbage bin was still full from previous guest ( not empty). One of the cabinet there was a half bottle of 1 liter coke left from previous guest. The bathroom toilet seat almost coming off, bathroom mirror broken and pieces of water faucet can be seen in the cabinet. Livingroom curtain falling off. In the bedroom, wires coming out of a socket. It was just a seroius disaster. I DO NOT recommend this establishment. I'm so disappointed with this stay. Attached pictures can be seen for more details. There is dedinitely nothing Prestige about this hotel. Only 1 positive point is that it is located centrally.

Hands off! This is not a hotel. It has a bell in a backyard. I waited for 30 minutes until someone arrived. Then through a staircase where electrical cables hang loose. I rented an apartment with 2 bedrooms for 11 days. It has only 1 bedroom. The apartment was 17 degrees cold in December. I had to fight to be able to sleep in another room. After 3 days, the apartment was warm - however, the heating couldn't be turned off and it remained constantly at 25 degrees. The kitchen is a disaster: the oven is broken, only 2 out of 4 burners work. The manager didn't care about any of this, stating that I should stay without the kitchen. The toilet constantly runs water. There's a loud rushing sound in the bedroom due to a pipe running through it, making it impossible for me to sleep there. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the dining room. I wouldn't mind, but Moldova is a country that needs to conserve energy and water due to shortages. A poor rating for Ebookers for marketing such a 'hotel' on their website. There needs to be more quality control.
