Decent, clean, comfortable.
A clean, modern hotel in central Chisinau. Nothing too fancy but my stay was fine. Very small basic gym, simple but decent breakfast. The staff were helpful, the bed was big and comfy, the water was hot. The internet went out and I was provided a portable wifi modem.

Great hotel!
The hotel is overall lovely and in a great location. The shower is one of the best - great hot water and pressure. There was a little confusion about breakfast, but the hotel resolved it easily. I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing central hotel, with really friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Chişinău. Breakfast was very good too.

Good location with very friendly and helpful staff.A nice clean hotel without airs and graces.The mini bar offers a small bottle of wine at the same price as a small bottle of water ! Breakfast sets you up adequately before leaving to explore for the day.They organize transfers and trips by request.

The best place to stay
The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. I especially liked the way Andrei interacts with his fellow workers and the guests. I could not sleep and he brought me an herbal remedy that helped.

Enjoyable stay
I stayed 2 nights, bed was comfortable and room was very clean. I appreciated the guest laundry however the dryer took over 4 hours to dry my clothes. Staff were friendly, the location of the hotel was ok, there is a supermarket and an Andy pizza place a short walk away. Not much else around.

Very much enjoyed the stay
Very nicely maintained hotel - the staff were superb. If you are OK with walking then the center is 20 minutes or so - taxis are fairly cheap in any case.

A Hidden Gem !
For those experiencing Moldova ,and the city of Chisinau in particular,this is the ideal hotel to explore the Centre of the Capital and its surrounding areas and to recharge the batteries overnight. Both my wife and I stayed for 5 nights and it is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever experienced. The service from the staff was first class, the accommodation clean and fresh with every amenity, and the food selection in the morning was excellent. But what makes this hotel stand out are the little extras that are thrown in: the free use of hire bikes, availability of laptop and printer in the lounge, the complimentary snack bags for your journey home to name a few. This is not a huge hotel, in an area that is a little run down,only 15-20mins walk from the Main Street that runs through the capital, but it provided the perfect oasis after our numerous excursions around the city and its neighbouring towns.

Modern hotel, fairly new
Wonderful hotel that is fairly new. Staff is friendly and I enjoyed my stay. A taxi ride to the city center is cheap for a Westerner. The front desk will arrange a private driver. Use their private driver because the regular and cheaper service will try to rip off foreigners and It'll just be a headache you don't need to deal with. Always get the taxi price in advance, especially if you're going to the airport. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. You'll find a lot of little amenities in the room that'll add a nice touch to your stay.

Pleasent Surprise.
I cannot say enough great thins about the staff. They were incredibilly knowledgeable and willing to assist you with any travel/language issue you may have. The breakfact was amazing with fresh fruits and vegetables, and meats. It was very clean, and walking distance to several shops and a mall. I would stay there again.

Very, very warm welcome in lovely hotel.
Excellent hotel for the price. Very new, very comfortable big room with king-sized bed. A lot of electrical sockets--great for people who are traveling with electronic devices that need to be charged! Very good free buffet style breakfast. Only downside, 20 minutes walk to town center. When we left, they gave a brown bag snack bag with apple, water and snack bars. Very warm and thoughtful management!!!

Modern and clean, delicious breakfast, nice weight room with sauna. The chair in my room was adequate but not very comfortable. The bathroom in the gym had an off odor.
