The hotel has descent facilities, staff were helpful, kept very clean and tidy. The food was consistently good and the location of the hotel is 10 hours from Munnar which makes it very convenient. The view from the Panorama room was very good.

The upside Views and birdlife were amazing Room was ok decent bed and decent washroom The downside Property is not walkable at all.
