He asked me if I needed anything and made sure that I was enjoying the facilities and activities. He made my day. Really appreciated it. Because of him, everything at the hotel went smoothly."

The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and perfectly located, offering stunning views of the river and city. A special mention goes to Eric Lin at the front desk. He was extremely attentive, professional, and welcoming, and went out of his way to share great tips about Chongqing that made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable. His service really elevated my experience. Overall, the combination of world class facilities and outstanding hospitality makes this hotel an easy choice. I stayed at a Marriott property, and while the room was smaller than expected for the brand, it was generally clean and functional. Unfortunately, the kettle in the room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay stay nothing exceptional, but decent for a short visit."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my trip to Chongqing. It's an apartment - style hotel. The facilities are extremely complete. There are a fridge and a washing machine, which makes the stay really convenient. Hotel location is very accessible, with tourist attractions and food streets nearby. The staffs are incredibly warm - hearted. This accommodation experience was outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Chongqing in the future."
