Wonderful and comfortable stay! Great location with several convenience stores in the area and food just a few minutes walk. Stayed for six nights and the room was cleaned quickly each day. Will definitely stay here again!

I love this place. The staff is SOooo helpful - I was inquiring if the subway or a taxi was the best choice given traffic and convenience. The manager over heard my conversation and drove me to the airport in his personal car. Love this place - I'll be back

Overall enjoyed my time. The place was clean and in a good location. The staff were friendly but did not speak English, so I had to use translators to talk to them. My room was also quite cold. Given the stay overall was quite cheap, I would definitely recommend this place. The price to value ratio is pretty good.

We stayed at KaoYu for 5 nights and we enjoyed it immensely. Although constrained by the fact that guests have to share common lifts with the tower office workers for access to its lobby on the 15th floor. We noticed that KaoYu always try their best to serve their customers and hence we are happy to give them 5 out of 5. keep up the good work.

Great stay

Great location, about 400 m from Guanyinqiao metro station. Check in was a breeze. The room was enormous, with a living room, refrigerator, separated shower/bath tub from the toilet. There is a patio next to the reception, on the 15th floor, with a superb view fo the buildings around; at night they are illuminated. Breakfast was great, with oriental and western option. The only negative thing is that the elevator was very slow. Remember that you need to go to the reception on the15th floor. And the chinese name was Kaoyu Hotel.

Not suitable for light sleeper

The hotel is just 5 mins walk to Guanyinqiao shopping areas. The hotel is located on top floors in a VERY OLD commerical building. It shares the public entrance and elevators in which we don't feel comfortable. It doesn't have a double layer window in the room, so it could be pretty noisey depending on the room's direction. Hotel does provide ear buds, but if you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not your choice. We complained about the noise, the hotel was helpful to upgrade our room to the other side. It helped a bit. Overall speaking, the service is good, room is spacious and view is good at night, but the enviornment is not comfortable. Price index in Chongqing is pretty low. You can find a hotel with better facilities in Guanyinqiao at the similar price.
