The room was smaller than expected based on photo. The staff are very helpful and friendly. On 6 Dec, we forgot to book a taxi to pickup at 5am to airport and the young staff at the lobby patiently helped us book a big car as we have 6 luggages. The car arrived in just 3 mins.

This is, without doubt, one of the best hotels I have stayed in to date. The staff are amazing. The architecture dramatic and the rooms obviously to Intercontinental high standards. Definitely recommend for your stay in Chongqing!

I had a great stay at Intercontinental Chongqing. A fantsatic hotel conveniently located at the heart of the pedestrian area and close to Hong Ya Dong as well as the river cruise docks. The service is excellent and the rooms have views to die for.

Highly recommend this hotel. We were here around 11am, thats before checked in time, the front desk staff and lobby manager had arranged us to check in earlier. They even provided us the complimentary take out breakfast due to our early flight schedule. Hotel is clean and modern. Price is totally worth it. Will definitely return back next time.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking designs that truly make it a work of art. You can tell that a lot of care and attention went into the building, and the result is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming space. The staff were incredibly nice and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location is perfect—conveniently close to many attractions. I walked to visit Hong Ya Dong and enjoyed some amazing hot pot nearby. There's also a shopping mall nearby, adding even more convenience. With so many things to do in the area, this hotel is definitely the best choice for anyone visiting. Highly recommend!

The best hotel in Chongqing

Excellent service provided by every staff in the hotel. Besides, my daughter was feeling unwell during the trip. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and Manager Mr Wang helped us to arrange for doctor visit. We would like to thank every staff in the hotel. The price is steeper than most hotels in the Chongqing city . However, the service level provided exceeded the price. We would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for the best.
