8/10 Very good! (1,013 reviews)
The staff were great. The room was not worth the high rates. It was clear that the room had not been properly ventilated for a while. Floor boards require attention. Bathroom amenities are too fragrant for persons with allergies. Pillows were too soft. The lack of TV channel options was interesting in 2026. I don’t plan to return.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (4,026 reviews)
Breakfast time is pretty stressful, with a long waiting time for a lift to go down to the lobby, and then it is necessary to go back to the 5th floor. Line for the lift to the 5th floor, and a line to get a table. Some days it takes about half an hour to get breakfast.
