Spacious townhouse in Edgeware, Christchurch. Perfect for young families and groups. Sleeps 6 with a queen bed, two singles, and a sofa bed. Full kitchen, aircon, and a private patio to relax. Baby gear included — cot, high chair, and pram. Off-street parking on-site.

One off-street car park is included. Entry to the townhouse is via a keypad — your code will be provided before arrival. Access is via stairs.
Ground Floor The ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. A heat pump keeps the area warm year-round. The sofa bed is located in the living room, ideal for additional guests. Step outside to your private patio — a great spot to relax.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom sits between the two bedrooms.
Laundry A washer/dryer machine is located on the ground floor for your convenience.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
