This lovely townhouse blends classic cottage warmth with modern functionality — a rare combination in the central city.
The ground floor is designed for relaxed living. A well-appointed kitchen flows into the dining area, while the separate lounge creates a cosy, private space to unwind — especially with the sofa bed (please note sofa bed linen is an additional charge). There is also a ground-floor toilet and a washer/dryer combo with laundry detergent provided for effortless longer stays.
One of the home’s standout features is the sunny front porch. With a comfortable outdoor sofa, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning or soak up the last of the afternoon sun — a quiet, charming moment that feels worlds away from the city buzz.

Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
