It`s the perfect retreat for friends and family visiting the beautiful Christchurch.
This two-bedroom, one-bath home is a testament of high build quality. With meticulous attention to detail, the townhouse boasts move-in ready amenities and an open floor plan that maximizes space and natural light. Imagine having the Avon City Trail at your doorstep.
On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining and living areas.
There is a washer/dryer combination conveniently located within the kitchen. There is also storage space under the stairs. Upstairs are two full-size bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes and extra storage.
Also on this floor is a full-size bathroom. Outside is a low-maintenance private courtyard, which includes landscaping, a bike/storage shed, a clothesline and a power supply.
We offer a contactless check-in process. Before your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on accessing the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.
As locals, we are available to assist with any issues that may arise, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. During check-out, feel free to leave the property on your own.
Located in the suburb of Dallington, Richmond this property is a very short drive to the Palms Shopping center with Shopping, Eateries, Movies and public transport options.
This property comes with 1 private allocated carpark in front of the property, if you have a 2nd vehicle there is a number of free street parking options. If you do not have a vehicle that is no problem at all - download the Moovit app to utilise the public bus system in Christchurch. Otherwise Taxis or Ubers are available.

Late night arrival or departure. This short-term rental is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbors we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors.
