We cater for up to 8 people .
This is a modern house with everything you need for a enjoyable stay.

4 Bedroom townhouse with 2 Queen size bed and 4 single beds.This townhouse has 2 ensuites and another bathroom so lots of room for family and friends. Off street parking for your car .
Large open plan kitchen dining .
We are just 5 minutes walk from major mall with everything you need even a movie theatre.

CBD just 15 mins.

We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.

Little holiday from the West Coast

Prime location, close to everything, perfect communication with host. Cleanliness not the greatest but a beautiful home to stay in.
