The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.

The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 10-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there`s free on-street parking available in the surrounding streets. Detailed information about parking is available in the Welcome pack provided inside the property. For hassle-free transport, Ubers and taxis are readily accessible, operating 24/7 to ensure you have a seamless pick-up service.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner-city Townhouse. It`s near the road and some crossroads and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
