  • Welcome to our Airbnb unit! Our cosy and modern apartment is the perfect place for you to stay during your visit to this beautiful city.

    Situated in the heart of the CBD this townhouse is across the road from the Casino and next to the Town Hall. Te Pae Convention Centre is a 3-minute walk and all other central city attractions are within short walking distance. Whether you're here for work or play, our cosy and modern unit is the perfect place to call home during your stay.



    As you enter the unit, you will be greeted by a spacious living room that features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The living room also opens to a private backyard where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or dinner.

    The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the necessary utensils and cookware for you to whip up a delicious meal. The dining and open plan living is perfect for enjoying your meals with family or friends.

    The washing machine/dryer is situated in kitchen area and if you are looking for a eco friendly option please feel free to use the washing line and pegs provided.

    The bedrooms are furnished with plush queen-sized bed, high-quality linens, and ample closet space for your belongings. The bathrooms are modern and features a spacious walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

    For your convenience, the unit also comes with free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.

    All areas of the central city are within walking distance. The townhouse is a short stroll from the Christchurch Bus Exchange where you can get public transport to anywhere in the city.



    There are always plenty of e-scooters and e-bikes available. Lime and Neuron are our two e-scooter and e-bike operators. They are super bright and easy to spot. Best of all they are so much fun.



    Feel free to use Aotearoa/New Zealand's ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft allow you to request a ride from a driver who will pick you up and take you to your destination.



    There is plenty of paid on street and off street parking around our townhouse.



    The Christchurch Attractions webpage have a variety of ways to see our beautiful city. These include walking tours, tram rides, gondola rides and punting.



    City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. It is a quiet end unit but is near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
