- Situated with the vibrant Merivale Village on your doorstep where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars and very close to the City Centre and the famous Hagley Park, this stylish townhouse is the perfect place to explore all that Christchurch has to offer.
Heatpump/aircondtioning units in all rooms ensures for a snuggly stay in winter, and comfortable cool rooms for those hot summer days when you can enjoy the Webber BBQ on the sunny deck.
There is active construction on a neighbouring property. Work typically happens during the weekday daytime hours. While our house is peaceful in the evenings you may hear some day time noise.
If you plan to be out during the day you will likely barely notice it, however if you need complete quiet for daytime work or resting at home, we want to be transparent so you can choose the right fit for your trip. Work is meant to be complete October2026
