Stay near Hagley Park with your own allocated parking space and a private courtyard. This two-bedroom townhouse sleeps four, with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and the kitchen and living area downstairs. Enjoy fibre Wi-Fi, a 55-inch TV and in-home laundry. Optional EV charging is available for an additional fee with advance arrangements.

The ground floor has a full kitchen with a Nespresso machine, lounge and courtyard access. Upstairs are two bedrooms and the bathroom, which includes a bidet. A washer and dryer, heat pump, 55-inch TV and fibre Wi-Fi are provided. One allocated parking space is free. EV charging costs NZ$10 per day; bring your own Type 2 male cable and arrange use at least one day in advance.

Guest access
The entire two-level townhouse, courtyard and allocated parking space are for your use. Stairs are required to reach both bedrooms and the bathroom.

Location and transport
A Riccarton Road location near Hagley Park, convenient for park walks and exploring Christchurch.
Use the free allocated parking space for your vehicle. Local buses and taxis provide alternatives for getting around the city. EV charging requires advance arrangements and an additional fee.

Please do not use the towels for cleaning surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees.
Please use makeup pads and cloths supplied.
The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $30 Per hour.
