Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.

Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.

Great location

Easy check in, great location. Lovely little warm apartment, nice and quiet. 2 adults and 2 teens found it comfortable to stay the week for our purposes. I would definitely stay again!
