Your reserved park is available on Bedford Row directly opposite ONE NZ Stadium.
Ground Floor The ground floor is the heart of the home. A full kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open-plan dining and living area is warm and inviting — ideal for families and groups to gather.
A sofa bed in the living space provides extra sleeping for up to 8 guests in total. Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round. Your own lockable outdoor storage area and bike park is an added bonus.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms The townhouse has 3 bedrooms across two levels. There are 2 full bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite in the master bedroom and a half bathroom with toilet and vanity in the laundry area,

Street parking is available on Bedford Row. This is a free, dedicated space for guests.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
