This beautiful 3 level appartment provides spacious City fringe living a stunning location.
Voted the inaugural ` Sweet Spot`award as the best suburb in NZ.
Secure parking with automatic gates plus your own garage so you will have peace of mind.
Just a stone throw from Hagley Park and Public hospital.
If you enjoy the Theatre The Court Theatre is just 350m so just a walk.
Orange Theory Stadium and Addington Raceway are just a 6 minute walk.
Just completed this property will not disappoint.

My business hours are 8am-pm.
PLEASE NOTE I manage a large number of properties so I will need your name and where you are staying.

Please note super king size bed can be seperated and made into 2 single beds.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours.
Please refrain from making loud noise outside between 9 pm and 7am.
If you are unable to comply with these rules we ask you not to book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is strictly 10am, late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Place was great and close to where we needed to be. There were several gates you could enter property by but code only worked on one of them and the road to get to that gate was very bad. Full of potholes. There were directions to come in from another way but unfortunately google maps took us the worst way possible. If you have a low profile car you won’t be able to enter from that road.
