This bright and modern townhouse is the perfect central city escape. It features three spacious double bedrooms that have been luxuriously appointed, along with three full bathrooms. With central heating/cooling, a private balcony and a secure single garage, this property provides the ultimate combination of peace, privacy, and convenience.

    This property has a private entrance with and electric lock and a guest specific code for your security.



    The Neighborhood:

    Situated directly across from Latimer Square, it is the ideal home for professionals, families, and urban-focused travellers alike offering instant access to a wide range of bars, cafes, retail outlets, and public transportation.



    Getting Around:

    This property is situated right in the city centre. There is a single garage plus a separate car park inside this gated complex for your use. It is a short walk to the local buses, however Taxi's, Ubers and hire scooters are all easily accessible from this location.



    Other Things to Note:

    For stays of two weeks or longer, we’re happy to provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to keep everything fresh for you! If you’d also like a fresh linen change for a small fee, just let us know and we’ll get that scheduled at the same time.
