Welcome to Shoys Beach House, a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom coastal villa located on the beach of the gated neighborhood of Shoys on St. Croix. This thoughtfully designed property features a breezy, covered courtyard, with each private bedroom suite opening directly to this tranquil outdoor space. Every bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for all guests.
The separate main living pavilion features a fully equipped kitchen, open dining area, and a comfortable lounge space, ideal for gathering and entertaining. Step outside to enjoy the large deck, pool, and hot tub, or unwind in one of the many lounging areas surrounded by tropical landscaping. Guests also have access to beach chairs and can easily walk to the white sands and calm waters of Shoys Beach. A detached caretaker’s cottage is located on the gated property, offering on-site support while ensuring guest privacy throughout your stay.
